Tai Chi & Chi Kung
Tai chi & chi kung are different aspects of the same art. They both have the aims of:
Imagery and visualisation are used with both aspects, as are the co-ordination of movement with breathing, with energy, with awareness.

To understand how they differ it is helpful to think of chi kung as a collection of ‘exercises’, movements that are repeated in order to achieve their goal as mentioned above.
Tai chi, however, is a series of forms, or sequences tied together to create a slow dance-like set of movements that aim for the same result as the chi kung.
